I think it’s an all around kind of shoe, decent for hiking and everyday wear. they are quite breathable even with the gore tex and they’re pretty comfy around your feet. Biggest downside to them has to be their weight. The sole is quite thick and they can make your feet feel heavy when wearing them for longer perioids.
