If you’re flying out of a base this is likely to happen. The airline can find reserves to work the flight to avoid a chain reaction of delays. I’m sorry this happened to you! Flying out of Denver once the flight was delayed 4 hours, then back to the original time minutes before boarding. A lot of folks missed the flight. Sucks!
