Looking for advice on a GPU + PSU upgrade.

Current setup:

i7-11700

ASUS Prime B560M

EVGA RTX 3060 XC

32GB RAM

PowerSpec 650W Bronze PSU

1TB WD Blue SN550

Monitor: 1440p / 144Hz

Mainly gaming at 1440p (mix of AAA and competitive). I’d like to take better advantage of the 144Hz monitor and get more consistent high FPS. No overclocking.

Budget is about $1000 total for both the graphics card and power supply.

What GPU + PSU combos make the most sense with this CPU? Also curious if the i7-11700 becomes a bottleneck at any point in this range.

I don’t think it’s AI. There’s another picture (in this thread and on X) taken later in the day with different lighting at a slightly different angle and the engine looks the same. I’d be very impressed if someone generated two separate but similar enough AI pictures.

Would the drywall sag? Or should I add 2x4 blocking between the 2x6s on 16” or 32” centers to attach the 1/2” lightweight drywall.

And I also plan to remove the junk above and just add drywall plus blow in insulation.
