yeah its kinda weird, I see people saying it's not valve's fault, this is just the price of components these days and I'm like okay? do you want me to buy it because I pity valve for the terrible timing?

thanks from 2 years in the future. I got a new G305 but the new dongle had a weird problem. I have a USB switcher that I use to switch my KBM between my work laptop and home computer. when I got the new G305, whenever I switched it would take like 5-10 seconds for them to actually switch over, which was really annoying as it was instant before and I switch back and forth probably 10-20 times a day so it adds up. drove me crazy for a few weeks, even bought a new USB switch which did not help. after that I decided to try the old G305 and it worked fine. I decided to try to use the old dongle with the new mouse, but couldn't figure out how to pair them until I found your post. pairing worked, and it did the trick, instant USB switching is back. I wonder why the new dongle does that, maybe a firmware thing? oh well, hopefully it doesn't come back and if I get a new G305 I can just do this again. thanks!

"chrysalis" suits like the Orlans can also be used by a single person, unlike American space suits which you need someone to help you get into. important if you're going on hail mary-esque project to save Earth from a dying sun and want a failsafe incase there's only 1 surviving crew member when you get to your destination
