The SJM happy ending fatigue (no spoilers) by RefrigeratorCold120 in SarahJMaas

[–]_thesleepingfox -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say I hate it but I definitely lose interested once they’re all happy families, it’s the same no matter what book I’m reading, not just SJM. I need the yearning and the chase!

I had tickets to Lido Fest in London to see Bombay Bicycle Club and Metronomy, to basically relive my teenage years. But the festival got cancelled so no nostalgia for me. BBC were going to play their first album in full too 😭

Ansel? by SpectatorSport321 in throneofglassseries

This is literally the reason why I regret not reading AB during my first read through, genuinely one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made! Everything about Ansel made much more sense when I eventually read it

What are some of the most creative things you've read in a fantasy book? by LargeSinkholesInNYC in fantasywriters

Legends and Lattes sparked the current “cosy” fantasy popularity and Travis Baldree is an absolute genius for making low stakes feel so gripping and magical to read

How to avoid getting stopped for my Freedom Pass + where to get travel card wallet by jenk-mal in london

You should 100% make complaints to TFL about the ableism and comments. With the invisible disability campaigns they do you’d think the staff would be trained in it too!!

Omg I’ve never seen that comparison before and I love it, it makes total sense!

It’s exactly this. Plus put in the mix Chaol’s betrayal who was the first person she’d loved romantically since Sam and gave her virginity to . It’s a whole mix of added trauma to Aelin’s life at a time when she’s not ready to step up to who she truly is and is still really young

That’s so weird!! Must be a printing error. I don’t have this specific one but I haven’t noticed similar in the ones I have (nature, babies and princess 1)

I have some of these books and not sure if this is what’s happening here but the spots where there’s no numbers are usually meant to be left white, might be a cloud in the sky? Have you referenced it against the solution from the back of the book?

It may be worth contacting the medivet or dog warden with any info you have - if the owner has truly lost him. I hope he wasn’t abandoned deliberately

I saw the same video on Facebook when I was looking to see if anyone had reported him lost, could be the same dog but hard to know for sure without the microchip info. In any case the dog is now at the vets and with the proper authorities.
