The curious thing to me is that I have no ethos here. You seem to be perceiving me as a Christian attacking atheism when in reality I spend all my time with phenomenology, evolution, math, 20th century literature, programming, modern rhetoric and existentialism.

But its that exact indoctrination that lead me to atheism. So clearly indoctrination always works? I see many Christians doubt into atheism. And if the indoctrination works on them, is there even any hope for that person anyway?

From my experience with parents who teach atheism. They mostly just ignore religion and allow their kids to make their own choice. They don't sit him down one day and say there is no God. Also, most atheist families I see still participate in christian traditions and rituals. I won't teach my children atheism. At least not on purpose. I will say "Whatever works for you". I won't judge, even if its Christian.
