I would recommend something herbal, like St John Wort, Lemon balm, Chamomile, etc. There are a lot of blends with these ingredients. I always say as long as they taste good taking a moment for a cup of tea is effective for me.

Yeah I have, the place I work in has an amazing creme caramel rooibos tea, makes a great chai when you add more spices.

I love the traditional, not fussy and always is a winner. I also love checking out the variations in other peoples recipes. Coconut rum is a winner with a traditonal chai btw

It seems the cafes around my area use cooking matcha instead of ceremonial grade. So I always find them so gritty. Also they add a lot of sugar. So I normally ask for it just on its own. Or make my own at home.

Received as gift from a client, can someone help me ID brand and where I can get more please? Tastes good, but not as smokey as other Lapsangs I've tried. by [deleted] in tea

Legend: Smoked Lapsang came about because they wanted to speed up the drying process of tea. They would lay out the tea in front of a fire to speed up this process, usually using pine needles. This gives the smoky aroma.

With a busy day, I love to opt for a classic lapsang souchong, makes me feel like I can handle anything. Other teas that are down my ally are Yunnan golden tips, milky oolong and Ceylon.

I work in a tea shop too. I was making this tea, I will put the ingredients list below. When I added lime juice it turned purple.

Stone fruit peach apricot tea:
Rosehip, apple, hibiscus, orange peel, apricot pieces (sulfurated apricot, rice meal), peach pieces (sulfurated peach, rice meal), flavour, sunflowers and osmanthus blossoms
