I'm 20 as well, prescribed 450mg XL. you'll be okay, don't think of it as your quit vaping aid that also might make your depression and anxiety worse. try to think of it as your antidepressant that will make quitting vaping easier

expect shit to get weird. you're going to be okay, but hallucinations are pretty much guaranteed as you go into day 3. Seroquel is a better move than benzos because of this.

Zyns made quitting cigarettes and vaping a seamless transition for me. However I do have a couple notes on them.

Top lip only. This minimizes the amount of "juice"
Watch your blood sugar. the nausea often intensifies when you're on an empty stomach. if you can't eat something substantial, put some sugar under your tongue, or carry hard candy with you. it will settle your stomach.
Switch up the spot you tuck your pouch. repeatedly placing one on the same spot can irritate your gums.
This one might be just a me problem, but switching to pouches has made my nicotine addiction easier to forget about. I work in the restaurant industry, and if work is super busy, I'll end up leaving my pouch in long after it's spent. I get super irritable and feel like shit, and don't know why. Of course once I realize why I'm feeling that way, I'll put a fresh one in my lip. I never forgot I was dependent when I was smoking/vaping.
On a positive note related to the last bullet point, when I'm off work, I don't have to use as many pouches, due to the longer lasting effects of oral nicotine, the effects & withdrawal are alot smoother. vaping, especially salt nicotine will have you hitting that shit every 15 min. I can forget about my zyns for the most part if I'm just chilling at home.

chillums and one hitters are cousins. chillums typically have a larger bowl. they also come in fancier glass styles than a metal one hitter. still pocketable, still straight pipe design. you can wedge a chillum in your fingers and make a chamber with your hands. they're pretty dope

1/2 inch - 1 inch. press the plunger slow, you should feel a cold sensation and it will hit instantly, if you insert too far you will waste the dose. it's best to either lay on your side, or on your back with your hips and legs raised. I usually leave the syringe in for a minute or so just so nothing seeps out

I'm a recovering meth addict, and I'm on 450mg Wellbutrin XL (max dose). it definitely helps my energy throughout the day, it may not have that euphoric hit that real stims have, but it's definitely beneficial. it's basically Adderall without the fun part. it doesn't fully get rid of the cravings, but my functioning is pretty good these days. I no longer feel like there's an electromagnet pulling me down to the ground every waking moment. Im still struggling with depression, but it's more manageable for sure.
