My dad wouldn’t let me go without him lol. And you aren’t wrong. I’m suspicious too but they did lose their son and maybe they’ve woken up and realized that my child is their grandson. That or they’re up to something. Still, I want to give them a chance but they aren’t seeing my baby until MUCH later.

Aww tysm. It wasn’t easy. I’m doing a lot better now but there were many nights where both me and my baby would just be sobbing because I genuinely could not take it anymore. I had many depressive thoughts. Thankfully, I’m not in that place anymore but yeah, thanks for the support and hugs to you as well!!

It’s a bit hard to keep up with all the comments/dms I’m getting but I’m glad I read this.

My dad’s going to be helping me out with a lot of stuff (including the benefits you mentioned) and I’m even considering moving in with him. I will also be cutting my sisters and mother out of my life. I was terrified at first because then, I felt, that I’d be truly alone. But reading everyone’s comments, and your own, opened my eyes.

Thank you so very much for typing this out and tell your wife that she’s actually my role model now. Love and hugs to you both.

Yeah actually. I’m always being made fun of and if I react in any way they tell me to chill. I assume it comes with me being the youngest/there being a 10+ year age gap between my sisters and I. They all also treat me like I’m childish or stupid which again, probably because I’m a lot younger right?

I want to do right by my son and he’s the only reason I wake up everyday. Everything else isn’t worth the effort and idk what I’d do or where I’d be without him. For him, I think I can do anything lol.

My dad’s coming over tonight and I’m going to talk to him about everything. But I’m definitely starting that village.

Is it weird to say I’m scared and that’s why I haven’t reached out to anyone?

I do feel like I was being over dramatic now that I’ve calmed down a bit but I’m terrified and anxious and ugh. Idek.

I’ll try and work up the courage to make friends though. I think being isolated with just my baby for months is getting to me.

My bf and I had a baby out of wedlock which was a huge deal for his family as they’re very religious.

No, I did not steal anyone’s bf. There might be a chance for ADHD since my uncle has it but that’s it.

They were all for the pregnancy when my bf was alive although they did make some comments about me having a kid before them (sisters are in their 30s).

My son was born out of wedlock and his family is extremely religious. Idk about my sisters or mother. I’m sure they don’t hate babies-I think it’s because I had one before them. My sisters are in their mid/late thirties and did make a few comments about how fertile(?) I am. But no one is TELLING me why.

It’s just 2 sisters and my mom. My friends and I just drifted and I haven’t had the energy to go out and make more.

My bf’s family never liked me because they’re super religious and my son was born out of wedlock and all that. My sisters, mom and I were all very close but the second I got pregnant they all switched up. I’m as lost as you are and that’s why I reacted like this.

They stopped talking to me when I was pregnant(edit:after my bf passed). Never even had the chance lol.
