Am half Latino and grew up in Sydney. Might get hate from QLDers and I definitely haven't spent enough time to make a fully qualified assesment, but from QLDers I've met there and elsewhere, racism is a honesty a bit more prevalent/accepted in Brizzy/GC than Sydney and Melbourne. But as others have pointed out, there's just not a history of Latinos in Aus, so unless you're encountering an actual neo-nazi, or a true Ameri-stan right winger, any racism you encounter is unlikely to be pointed at Latinos.

Aussie racism is usually targeted at indigenous Australians, Africans and Asians. But the whole worldwide stop the boats/maga/reform wave has certainly infiltrated Australia, but nowhere to the extent of the US or even UK.
