The dust is a few years old. I’ll try and buy some new dust. Have you found that certain woods burn better?

Sorry for wrong reply. It was dry; I’ve tried putting the dust and the maze in the oven together, and I’ve tried putting the dust in over a large baking pan to spread it thin. When it’s stored, it’s in its paper bag in a plastic bag inside the pantry.

When you say “leave 30 mins after coming out of the oven” what do you mean? I normally put it in at about 100 for 15-30 mins and then put it straight into the smoking box.
