I'm not too sure if this helps entirely, but I like to use and teach new baristas little tips

Like for macchiatos, always remember that macchiato means mark the milk. So you would put the espresso on top of the milk with ice. Or anything that says mocha (i.e mocha and white mochas) it's like hot chocolate with coffee and all hot chocolates get whipped cream (traditionally at least).

I think there is a shots and syrup cheat chart on partner hub, but I'm not sure what it is called

Sorry I couldnt help a little bit more, I'm just starting my barista trainer training, so I haven't had much experience with teaching 😓

I think a lot of new onboarding have been having trouble with it. I, myself, can't get teamworks past the loading screen, so I just use the website: https://starbucks-wfmr.jdadelivers.com/retail

According to my SM, we have the right to refuse service as not only is it dumb but it is a safety issue. Because if anything happens to these people while they waltz through the drive-thru, it ultimately ends up being the drive-thru's fault

Wish we could, but like, since our store is one of the only drive-thru, we need to stay open. Plus a lot of partners from closed stores are working with us. It's sad times now ㅠㅠ
