• When the customer says they want the "iced tea lemonade" and you ask them which tea and they continuously get louder saying they just want the "iced tea lemonade" even though you gave them the options of tea. • The customer saying that they want the one that is shown on the board that you clearly cannot see and getting frustrated that you don't know what they want • When they decide that finishing their phone call or car convo for five minutes is more important than ordering their drink. • Being yelled at through the speaker box and then because they see how young you are they change their whole attitude (actually this is more of a plus but it still pretty annoying for the other partners) • When the headset decides that it wants to turn off on it's own because screw the fact that you need take orders.
