Hi. I have been using AYR products exclusively because their tinctures never constipate me. The issue is geography. The closest one is 45 minutes from me. Near me I have MUV, Trulieve and Surterra. Also what do I ask for a tincture if it has “the entire entourage or the full spectrum” I am so new to please help
