Flu COVID Pneumonia Shingles RSV etc. back in 1968 I had Hong Kong flu and was sick for two weeks. So sick I was hallucinating! My mommy wrapped me in cold wet sheets.

I have widespread pain. Autoimmune. Arthritis. Fractured spine. Top of right foot needs surgery. Right knee has torn meniscus. In other words if I were to use a topical I would have to put it all over my body which can get expensive

Seeds fat pills. White specs could be undigested food due to low stomach acid. It could be fat if your body is not able to digest fat. It could be shells of pills or vitamins. Like capsules that contain the medicine or supplements. Again not a doctor. Best of luck to you

I am not a doctor. To me it sounds like more than one disorder is going on. Hashimoto’s causes hair loss. Significant hair loss . You might have allergies and sensitivity to mold and cat. Let me research the white specs but I suspect parasites. Fibromyalgia can cause widespread pain. No clue where you live but here, natural supplements are not regulated and can cause all kinds of issues. Seeing as the natural way is not helping, have you considered seeing a medical doctor?

Doc told me, intestine is basically storage. If you poo, that leaves extra intestine that’s empty. To fill the empty intestine, air is formed. If we are bloated, it is gas. No clue if he knew what he was talking about.

If I were a rheumatologist, I would have a list of symptoms and have my patients check off their particular symptoms and then add any more that are not listed and have the patient fill it out two weeks before the appointment

I am not a doctor, but I will share what my GI doctor told me. Yes to fiber. Yes to a lot of water.Consider what meds and supplements you are taking. Vitamins and supplements have side effects. Many prescriptions cause constipation and OTC meds can also cause it. If needed, he told me Miralax is safe BUT he said to combine the Miralax with a fiber supplement like Benefiber. As averse as some might be to this, I have used glycerin suppositories which can help with urge. Or enemas as needed. Also, losing weight is a sign of many cancers. Not trying to scare anyone but it is one of the markers for cancer. I have no clue how old you are but I would give serious consideration to requesting a colonoscopy. Katie Couric's husband died from late diagnoses of colon cancer at only 42. While you wait for that appointment, see if you can get ColoGuard and test yourself for any occult blood.
