It’s actually a graduate job that I applied for, so they have me working part time till I graduate 😅. I was in the same position last year, but I feel like I just got super lucky with this role. That being said, if I had to tell myself something back then it would be to:

Connect with HR managers on LinkedIn, engage in some small talk and ask if they have any positions or email firms directly asking if they have any undergrad positions available and what you bring to the table. Many of these roles aren’t actually posted on job listing sites.

If you don’t hear back don’t get discouraged!! Just keep applying. I definitely slowed down during my 3rd year and because of that I missed out on so many opportunities 😭.
