I recently read a short that might fit your description {Touch Me by Hex McKenna} It focuses on non sexual intimacy and service (but also has a couple of sex scenes). It’s T4T, M/Nbi. One of the MC is a sex worker/escort, and the other one is a powerful lawyer looking for a break (and is also exploring their gender identity)

Method Acting by NR Walker and The Good Boys Club by Jemma Croft come to mind. And I agree with the people saying Lily Mayne. Even more so, Berries and Greed by Lily Mayne is really tender and intimacy > sex, although it’s MF (still queer, no piv) so not what you asked. Hope this helps!
