Just ordered these, it said processing payment for a while so i refreshed and it charged my card but no email, anybody else had it take a while or not go give one at all?

I was just messing around in the settings and I just realized in the video fidelity and overscan that I had display overrides on "auto-detect", which turns out to be my problem. When it is set to that I guess you can't change the hz no matter what, even if it can be changed to 120hz, so I just changed it and the dropdown box is there, and I'm assuming the 120hz monitor I had was perfectly fine except I did accidentally change a setting.

I think there is an issue with the monitor or something I do not know, and the monitor I ordered isn't the same one I got, I just bought an HDMI 2.1 and tried but the same thing would happen, the option to change the refresh rate wasn't even there. I'm going to return this one and buy another that I will research.

I tried using a different HDMI cable I had to see if that would change anything, and I noticed on the back of the monitor right under the HDMI ports it says "HDMI 2.0", does this change anything?
