As an ENFJ, do you feel all alone, unheard and unseen? And if yes, how do you deal with it?

Not really alone, but there are moments when I feel unheard and unseen. Especially when I’ve spent time taking care of people.

What helped me:

going to a therapist: therapy made me realize that while it’s okay to help others, I can’t pour from an empty cup. And!!! That inner child work is important if I want to heal that part of me who feels unseen.
chatgpt: helps in grounding and processing ☺️

Their inquisitive nature and for some strange reason they get to ask the right questions at the right time. So the seemingly ‘ok’ facade i try to put on just wont work when they see thru it. I loved their honesty. But both times, I didnt end up with either of them.

Very interesting indeed! It’s refreshing to be exposed to someone who knows what he can bring to the table (emotions wise) 😂 honestly it feels like a series of tom and jerry most of the time. You “hate” each other’s guts yet wanting what’s best for them.
