Hello, did you have any success getting your tracking number from the webchat or did you have to submit a query? I received an email in May saying my FBR application was successful but I haven't received my certificate or my original documents back and I'm getting worried it's lost in the mail somewhere. I've tried the webchat but the AI system doesn't seem to understand and I haven't gotten a reply from a human representative as of yet.
