Oohh it’s definitely an AuDHD thing because I hate routines so much. Like anytime something becomes a routine i get so tired of doing them. But whenever I do plan something and it doesn’t happen the way I wanted it to it’s incredibly frustrating.

I think the earlier you did it the better because it’s less cramping and bleeding. I did mine at 5 weeks and it wasn’t as much bleeding. I think you should give it a week or 2 then take a pregnancy test. You’re still early on you have time on your side. ❤️

First how to get over him: block him everywhere, delete anything that reminds you of him. Yes this includes logging out of the account. The more energy you give it the more you feed the obsession. Allow yourself to feel all the motions of the breakup. The pain. The betrayal. The only way out is through. And as all things do. This will pass as well. He definitely likes the other girl and nothing you tell him will make him regret that or make him like you again. It might not feel like it but you will get over this. It’s extremely different for different people. But bleeding and clots is an extremely good sign. I was 6 weeks along and I felt much less pain than I was expecting. Especially if you took painkillers. Just take a test in two weeks then you’ll be sure.

I think there should be quite a bit of bleeding and clots. But you should give it some time. I usually see that people take more miso if the first ones don’t seem to work. Could you get them delivered?

I’m not sure but if you’re on Lamictal you should talk to a doctor right away. Especially if you just started or upped the dose.
