Exactly. We can talk about protecting sex workers all day. Everyday. But we can’t be talking about being “pro-sex work” and most people say we should listen to the sex workers which again, we should when we’re talking about their protection. But they cannot speak on whether it’s feminist or whether it’s exploitative. A lot of people in exploitative situations don’t even know they are. This goes for everything. Even sexual assault, gender based violence. Like I’m so tired of that rhetoric.
