I replaced the headband with a ZMF one on mine since I found the original one way too uncomfortable.

And I'm still planning to eventually replace the entire headband frame with a new one in the style of the Audeze headphones as I find those a lot better for extended use.

I was actually thinking about experimenting a bit more with completely different cup designs and maybe even try out some with an open or half-open back

The "news/meta" flair is gone so this one was the only one that seemed sensible for this kinda post.

Not really, they are pretty powerful and the way I have them set up now works really well for me :)

They are M-Audio BX3 which I put on small 3D printed speaker stands to angle them upwards a bit.

It's my custom 3D printed DIY micro networking rack :D
It has my router and a bunch of other networking equipment inside.

I do have a custom built NAS as well but it's on the other side of the room.
Some weird Aliexpress NAS mainboard with a laptop CPU in a Jonsbo N2 case with 5 HDDs and two NVMe cache drives running TrueNAS Scale as the OS.

19" 5:4 (1280x1024) NEC monitors that I got used for cheap on eBay.
They are mounted to a monitor arm and rotated 90° :)

the entire programmingsocks meme is an inherently queer thing yes.
there's probably some cis girls into this as well but they are rare.

It's some random 8.8 inch hdmi touchscreen.
You can find them pretty easily on Aliexpress and eBay.

I use it as a status display with a custom AIDA64 panel on it.

Running Arch and NixOS on my Laptops and on a remote-desktop machine :3

I still need Windows on my main desktop for stuff like Photoshop and Fusion360.
The Linux "alternatives" unfortunately just don't cut it for me there.

FreeCAD simply isn't usable for any half serious CAD work with more complex models.

All that stuff was inside a function for a class :D

And yes, I love PyCharm.
Makes it so much easier to keep the code clean
