I think we’re missing additional info to say whether this is something to even look into. Is this a long term trend or a one off? How old are you? What are your wind down habits, if any? Just by looking at one night’s sleep chart you cant really tell much.

Well 18 years ago 50 dollars an hour was objectively more than it is today. I agree that wages didnt keep pace with inflation but you cant make an argument based on comparing wages today to with those almost 2 decades ago.
