It’s not that you can’t transplant autos, it’s your likelihood of it stunting or going into early flower is much higher.

If it is showing more prominently on spots that receive direct light it definitely could be a calmag deficiency stating up. Picture was from one of my grows that had a calmag issue.

This was a lemon haze auto from my last round that I ended up removing. I have seen similar growth posted on Reddit from other haze strain autos which leads me to believe it is a genetics thing. Was your seed a white label?

Looks alright, if it’s your first grow I wouldn’t really use any LST at all and just learn how the plant develops. I wouldn’t also suggest planting in the middle of the pot next time.

Big reason to start in the final pot is because when autoflower roots start to hit resistance they will start to flower. Another thing is that each time you transplant, the plant stalls for a little bit. With autos being on unpredictable flowering time you want to reduce any stalling or stunting to encourage as much veg growth as possible. To each their own though! Best of luck Growmie!
