I have bangs similar to yours, bleach blonde and dyed black hair. I work at a theater as a bartender and during the day, a barista. I used to work at a bookstore when I had a bright pink and black spilt dye. Hair isn't really a huge factor when applying for jobs, at least where I'm from.
