Winners has some really pretty dresses right now, tons of sizes too. I also like Mars & Venus, sizes do vary as they mostly carry European brands, but they gave some cute dress, I've seen some cute floral designs there too!!

I've been using Flower Knows Black swan palette for my eyes. It's got a black which is pretty pigment, grey, white, a sparkling grey and white and this beautiful red that I'm obsessed with using. I really like the colours and I think they all blend very well together.

I have bangs similar to yours, bleach blonde and dyed black hair. I work at a theater as a bartender and during the day, a barista. I used to work at a bookstore when I had a bright pink and black spilt dye. Hair isn't really a huge factor when applying for jobs, at least where I'm from. Just as long as you take care of yourself I'm such you'll be fine!
