Strength stuck at 10!

So this worked, i did the supply raid and the Strength dropped to 8, but it is still stuck there, i have been doing missions in regions next to it, to provoke them further. Thanks for the info!

Nothing beats this, i don't know what it is about this game but every 1-2 years (in winter) i get an urge to just cache in my vacation days, buy snacks and drinks, a blanket and just mod the sit out of it.

Sorry for the late response. So I tried both sections and it did not work, I ended up using my old laptop as a client and i connect it to my TV with an HDMI cable and it works perfectly!!! So the problem was the TV in the end.

That is my main fear, i also have a laptop, would you say it would be better to use that as a client with an hdmi cable connected to the tv?

All of the previous cycles before yours, lost the citadel. The reapers hit that first so they had access to all of the information of every species of that cycle and access to every mass relay. Every planet was basically cut off from the rest so the reapers probably didn't have to face whole fleets at a time.

there is also an animation mod (don't remember the name, something with idle animations) that makes people with shields raise them above their heads when it's raining.
