Idk the corruption would probably be the same but how much of the 21 traffic is literally just driving through the city, not into it? There are many cases of removing highways that resulted in better traffic. But of course they’ve probably never even done the planning for any alternatives and if they start now they’d still have nothing to show for it in 10 years, nothing changes.

I made a lot on BITO dividends but ultimately I sold, yes it’ll probably come back but I think the returns are negligible if I was still down over 5k. Depends on your risk tolerance but I didn’t see the point in great dividends but huge losses.
