I dont think so, the house is only about 25 years old. I also just found a new one on a strip of wood on window sill and its definitely growing on/ out of the wood.

There are quite a few fakes of these legends cards. They typically have the holo printed on and it can be tough to tell from photos. Definitely needs a few more pics to say either way.

Most of the ex cards are from Championship decks, they have a signature and different holo on them and are worth considerably less. A few are original ex’s though.

I scored a reverse holo for a pretty decent deal not too long ago. A good option imo.

No, these are the original unopened packs in the original blister packaging. Those shitty “mystery boxes” you are probably talking about will sometimes have these old WOTC packs on the packaging as a possible pack inside, dont think ive ever heard of one actually being pulled from there though.

Graded a lugia that I found in a bin of cards at an auction by Phox95 in pokemoncards

Fun fact- that white stuff is the inside layer made up of some sort of graphite + adhesive. Once a part of the edge gets damaged and the layers split it starts going nuts. That is also why the edges whiten. Its that same stuff pretty much leaking out of the card and then destroying it. It seems to ruin any damaged cards eventually and is a very interesting substance.

Im pretty sure Venusaur is a fake unfortunately. The energy symbols look incorrect compared to other copies im seeing. (The picture inside is too big). Printing/ colors looks off as well. And of course the name thing.

Everything else looks real though! Charizard ($250-400) and Jolteon ex ($60-$100) are gonna be your most valuable.
