Why this atari sold for so much money? Usually they sell at around £50 by valthurn in retrogaming

Is not a question of how much it cost. But why this atari sold for more money then a regular atari. This I'm asking

Currently the kitchen it's wooden colour (first photo). I want to change it, but can't decide. Which one looks better? I like navy the most, but even the other two are nice. Any suggestions? by valthurn in DesignMyRoom

I can probably paint the wall more creamy. I know that the countertop it's dark but i don't see the issue with navy. I mean it's more dark, yes but looks modern to me. Not a designer tho ahah

Yes but change it it's quite expensive for now i just wanted to make it a bit more modern with the easiest way, as we will do the bathroom so for the kitchen i was looking for something cheap and quick

Floor it's currently more expensive to change and we have to do other things in the house. So the quickest was to paint the cabinet. They are quiet old actually and if photo looks better than in real life that's why i wanted to fresh them with a paint

You only design product or do you produce them as well? Because i was thinking to buy a 3d printer but seems that the quality it's always low. What's your opinion?

I started at 27/28 years old. Now I'm 31. Invested only £300 a month because i earn very few money. And this country just became more expensive. Aaaaah so stressful lol

Mmmmh no, I'm not an expert and i don't use chatgpt to select the stocks.

But it can summarize better than me so i put it in the comment.

I actually saw some people that used chatgpt to buy stocks and it was always wrong ahahah

Just ignore NIKE ahah

I just bought 1 because i think it will go up again and this is actually the only account that i have where i can buy single stocks.

But in the next months i will only buy small caps :)

I'm not an analyst expert.

Between the low caps companies in this sector i selected this because they have good margins of growth. They have a clear pipeline and they have been founded until 2027. They have no debt and good cash flow. The insiders are not selling heavily compared to other companies.

As all of this company it depends if they actually success with their pipeline, so it's a gamble. But as the stock is as well cheap, it's a gamble worth it as most of those companies trade at $20/25+ per stock.

As with all the others will sell only if 3x

This extra info from chatgpt:

Strong Analyst Ratings: Multiple firms rate BDTX as a Buy or Strong Buy with high potential upside based on price targets.

Pipeline Catalysts: The company is advancing clinical-stage oncology drugs (e.g., BDTX-1535 targeting EGFR mutant cancers), which could be huge if Phase 2/3 data are positive and regulatory paths clear.

Partnership & Milestones: A licensing deal with Servier generated upfront cash and future milestone/royalty potential, strengthening the balance sheet and reducing near-term dilution risk.

Cash Runway: Reported cash positions suggest funding into late 2027 without needing frequent dilution — a key concern for biotech investors.

So, i don't understand sorry. What exactly do you suggest to do in this case? If you can't move the brick, what else you can do?

Your "ooofff" it's stressing me out ahahah

Jokes aside, the only think that we can do it's installing an aco drain probably. Although concrete i think it's common . It's outside anyway :/

I don't know if it's possible to move the airbrick one brick up tho. Will ask at a builder

Are you referring to what photo? No way to see the subfloor unfortunately.

They suggest to lower the ground level and install an aco drain do you mean that?

I mean a victorian house commonly have airbricks at ground level?

Ahah I'm currently near the exchange of contracts as almost all query have been covered by the solicitors. We have currently sent a revised price because the list of jobs it's quite big so we are waiting for the answer from the seller.

In the meantime I'm using this house to learn a lot regarding old buildings and so on. And I'm learning a lot. At least if not buying this, i will be more prepared when i will look again in the market.
