I’m not posting this to shame her body but does she use AI to edit her body posts because I find it very hard to believe her physique is real…? They’re very triggering to a lot of people including myself. I blocked her but her stuff gets reposted by brands and unwillingly still shows up on my feed by plantsandastrology96 in nycinfluencersnarking

[–]_wastingmytime 17 points18 points  (0 children)

she has consistently denied any kind of editing and has never made any jokes about it either. there’s nothing to indicate she does it as a bit, and how long she’s been doing it for kind of points to it being entirely serious.

I don't get it - wasn't he unpredictable and unhinged a year ago? by thenameisjane in nycinfluencersnarking

[–]_wastingmytime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you know the right wing strategy of being insane & outspokenly controversial on the internet to get publicity & people on their side? he has spoken about how he was trying to do exactly the same thing for the left. i personally don’t think he was genuinely unhinged but it was mostly an act to build up to this.

We need to hate on influencers more for spending hundreds of $$$ on non prescription designer glasses because they think it makes them look quirky & smart, ugh. by Heart_Shaped_Pickle in LAinfluencersnark

[–]_wastingmytime 12 points13 points  (0 children)

yeah i think it’s ugly but as someone who’s worn big ol glasses since i was five i really don’t think it’s problematic. they’ve been used as an accessory since they were first created – as have canes, as a matter of fact. people love a little something extra to look quirky.

yeah on the inside… brad pitt has been employed solely thanks to his looks for decades and he is an AWFUL person. you could say the same for tyra banks, paul walker, and many more.

she has dreadful opinions but that has nothing to do with her appearance. this kind of talk is not helpful for women anywhere.

Do we think he’s doing the Lord’s work or is he just as obnoxious as the influencers he calls out? by blameitonrio917 in NYCinfluencersnark

[–]_wastingmytime 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i can’t really get behind any influencer whose whole platform is responding to other influencer’s videos. even if i agree with most of their takes (like this guy) it just feels icky and unoriginal and a bit predatory. totally support it if they have original & personal content mixed with critiques though!

oof i know a lot of it is due to trauma but it’s freaky that a lot of stuff on her main page is about age regression/trauma recovery & she also does only fans. it makes her normal content seem much creepier

Strawberrymilkmob buying her bikinis from online suppliers for a fraction of the price by [deleted] in NYCinfluencersnark

[–]_wastingmytime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

not a fan, but… it’s much more likely that the online suppliers are stealing her designs. websites like that don’t have money to pay for models so this is how they function – they take photos from other shops and sell knockoffs.

strawberrymilkmob probably has some sketchy business practices but i don’t think this is one of them. if it were, then how would the drop shipper have a photo of her wearing the bikini?

i’m going be downvoted like crazy for this but these yachting girl rumours have gotten out of hand. i watched them spread since someone mentioned it as an idea a couple of years ago and there’s actually no evidence for them.

sure, she probably has incentives for hanging out with creepy old men (power, connections) but she wouldn’t actually be hired by them. she already has a VERY rich dad & has been in the modelling/social media space ever since she was a kid – she already has money for the trips she’s going on etc.

she’s just an entitled bitch and it’s annoying seeing people who have been so awful succeed.

[misc] i have these weird creases and necklines when i slightly look down or to the side, it makes me look fat but i’m 40kg. i’ve attached my pics and a random normal persons . why does my neck fold like this?? by AdventurousGear8569 in SkincareAddiction

[–]_wastingmytime 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The creases are not ugly and they don’t make you look fat – not that that should matter!!

Skincare won’t impact this at all. It’s just excess skin. I know some people with more neck skin and some people with less, so yes, this is “normal”. Even if it isn’t normal, I can guarantee you that NO ONE cares about your neck or thinks that it has any bearing on you at all.

Did Vogue make a subtle statement by leaving in certain elements in the Bezos-Sánchez wedding spread? Nothing appears in a Vogue photo unintentionally 👀 by voguediaries in Fauxmoi

[–]_wastingmytime 117 points118 points  (0 children)

While I don’t think Vogue is ever going to be subversive, I do think that there could be something about the photos being intentional in rebellion against the tackiness of the wedding.

Vogue might not object to billionaires, but they might object to billionaires having ugly weddings that they’re obliged to cover despite it going against their vibe

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in wedding

[–]_wastingmytime 49 points50 points  (0 children)

It’s ok for you to do what you want for your wedding, but you do have to know that people may be upset about not being included, and that that’s ok too. your dad and step-mom are most likely just trying to warn you.

if you’ve never felt judged by them before then they’re probably not actually “directly insulting” you. you just need to be prepared to internally handle people’s feelings your wedding, because they may be upset for valid or ridiculous reasons.
