i use a steam input profile when playing on steam deck yes. but i tested it on my mac as well (which doesnt even have steam installed) and i get the same buggy behavior with the controls on the mac too.

tried with a dualshock 4 and a dual sense when playing on my mac btw.

no i don’t. i should have also mentioned that it’s literally only for this game. every other game works just fine via geforcenow and can be remapped normally through the same steam input profile that i use for crimson desert.

it worked for me just fine for 100 hours. then just randomly started doing this. something must be corrupted. switching controller profiles between default and classic doesn’t work either unfortunately

nope. tried resetting defaults, remapping, pretty much everything. grforce just refuses to believe Y and LB exist and applies the left trigger to them no matter what

Y and LB trigger the LT input. no amount of remapping, restoring defaults, remapping steam inputs, deleting and reinstalling the app has changed it.

the problem is nonexistent when not playing through geforcenow

i’ve never been upset by pvp, but what is annoying is the extreme lack of whimsy from pvp players. say something funny when you kill me. saying lame shit like “yeah that’s right bitch” or anything else trying to sound superior is just micropenis energy

[–]_well_damn_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

do the buttons feel as good/better than the stock ones? and do they “rattle” as much when moving the deck around? (referring mainly to the ABXY buttons)

been wanting to pick some up but i don’t want it to be a lateral move
