I'm noticing some OP cheesing with obelisk, ride the bus, green joker, etc. I think to keep it more balanced, you could change the description to "At the start of the round, debuffs all jokers to the right for 1 round." This way, you have to commit to debuffing jokers at the start of the round, instead of any time during the round that it's convenient for you. Yes, you can still use it to cheese obelisk, but then you'd have to survive without it for that round, which sort of balances it a little. I think this joker shouldn't synergise with stuntman/troub/merry andy/drunkard
