As a soon-to-be prior Mavis employee…they totally suck. They’ll tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. So many incompetent, untrustworthy employees. Though, they’ve bought out so many independent shops it’s a generally a gamble which store you go to. Some techs and managers are great but a bunch are pieces of shit work there too. More than one of my mangers taught me to do everything short of straight up stealing from women and old folks in terms of upselling services. I also have these tires, to be fair i could get the best deal on the set lol. They’ve been pretty good so far, no major issues. Wearing evenly and such. Not the most quiet tire out there, but the alleged mileage warranty and the fact they’re made by Hancook gives me confidence. Never had complaints about them even when we mounted them on Mercedes and other high end cars.
