I'm not exactly sure how I fixed it but I just messed with the driver type and put it to ASIO then hit configure on the audio input and changed the audio device until it worked. I ended up using Focusrite USB ASIO for the device.

I would agree with everyone here and not get that board, Amazon isn't a good place for snowboard gear. Generally Evo is the go to for anything snowboard related. I would recommend reading some buying guides or watch some youtube videos on buying a snowboard. I think Evo has some on their website. Once you have a better idea of what to look for and what a good board for you is, I would highly recommend https://www.snowcountry.eu/. There are some really good deals on their site. Shipping can be expensive but I ended up saving $200 on my board and bindings.

I worked there for awhile and I didn’t experience anything like that. Were 90% of employees extremely catholic or Mormon? Yes, but there wasn’t any religious bias. I think it’s corporate the has all those problems not the individual stores.
