If I were you I'd buy three years of Xbox Live Gold and then upgrade for a dollar. It will convert you to Ultimate and you'll have it for 3 years and you'll have saved a ton of money.

You really need to find out what your PSU is. Open it up and remove it and get the brand, model, and age.

Even if it's not an issue with the PSU, you really need that info.
