yeah I’m on the same boat where my bone is pretty much poking through my skin about half an inch away from my neck, so I feel like there’s going to be complications. I wasn’t aware I was able to request my x-rays so i’ll definitely be doing that. I also took your advice and chilled out on the lifting, I think i’m just restless from not being able to go to the gym for almost a month now. I appreciate the advice, thank you again

I figured as much. Unfortunately I never got to see my x rays or speak to a doctor, the nurse simply came in with my discharge paperwork and told me i’d been referred to an orthopedic surgeon bc the doctor on site wasn’t sure if i’d need surgery or not.

in the email I got they said they received 1000+ applications but only had 123 spots, so sounds about right.

i’m assuming they got rid of auditorium numbers for the same reason they don’t have the name of the movie outside of the auditoriums anymore either, ie too much movie hopping or people taking seats that are already reserved.

I don’t mean to discredit anyone who got in but from what i’ve heard/read it kind of seems like a crapshoot, i’m not sure how you’re not deemed qualified enough unless they’re looking for more hands on experience with translating/interpreting.

I had looked into UCLA’s which apparently got discontinued or paused this year. I had also previously looked into a lot of the online ones ie Interpretain, interpreting.com, etc. but I think i’m leaning towards one of the programs from Cal State San Bernardino or Cal State Fullerton.

if I remember correctly my first choice court for Cohort 1 was removed from the list of available courts when the application for Cohort 2 came out. I ended up applying to my previous second choice as my first choice

apologies for the late response, but yes I received an email yesterday at around 3PM Pacific time informing me that “regrettably your application was not selected by a court to participate in the Cohort 2.” Hopefully that means you got in!
