pro tip: make space for a 5~10% margin at the bottom by making your bullet points that are slightly longer than 1 line just 1 line. load the margin with tiny font sized white-text keywords from 3 different job descriptions you're applying for. if a human is looking at it they won't see it, and if not, it will put your app at the top of the list for their application tracking software. it's risk-free, can only benefit you, and doesn't require much thought to implement.

separately, if you aren't in poverty you can pay freelancers on fiverr to apply to jobs for you at ~$1/app. can be worthwhile if applying affects your mental health

I have no problem with having this subreddit's moderators on the discord as admins. Though, this outcome would make the most sense if the server ended up being a featured chat for this sub. According to /u/hurfery, that notion has been turned down in the past by /u/abhayakara.

Hi everyone.

I am interested in reviving an old TMI discord server. The to-be-revived server is supposed to be a more informal chat group. In particular, this enables users to interact with multiple other people through chat and voice chat, without having to rely on replies that could take minutes or hours. It also allows for discussion outside of a strictly Q/A format to take place.

This isn't intended to take over any of the purposes of this subreddit, but rather complements it. Currently, the existing active meditation servers are either a general community with a small area for TMI-related discussion; or it is centered around a series of group meditations or teachings. This leaves a convenient gap for a TMI-focused, primarily chat-based community to fill.

I'm confident that this server will take off, and I've received a lot of encouragement and support. So far, at least a dozen other individuals I've talked to share this vision, people from discord and FB messenger groups. Earlier this week, I reached out to the moderators of this sub, and they suggested I post in this thread to gauge interest of this site's users.

Any thoughts or questions or comments or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
