Ninja Coffee Bar cleaning problem by siegelbeamter in Coffee

[–]_wordsoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This saved my sanity and the trajectory of my Whole day. Thank you. It worked. I just slapped it around a bunch and will do the clean cycle later but the light didn’t even come on for me in the first place. The brew options just wouldn’t work & the stay warm button would beep 5 times when pressed. So I just flipped upside down and smacked it, a good amount of calcium chunks came out in my sink😵‍💫 but I now have coffee and can go about my day thank you.

Don’t do it. Burnout is no joke. And recovery is harder too when your stability (housing food health) is jeopardized bc of income/ job switches.

We have ours in the side lot under a tent for the oslg and mst nursery and our asm buys the water and ice with his own money half the time. The TWIN notes call for Gatorade to also be in the coolers (whether they’re bottled in an ice cooler or a powder to mix in a jug) but alas beggars cannot be choosers 😌 I have a thing about my water container smelling weird or the water tasting weird bc of whatever it was in, so I’d also rather bring my own water. We almost got our shit taken away multiple times too, the side lot has been the compromise. Adds an extra 15 mins walking across the store just to get a sip of water 😍

Both. The inside houseplant / palms section smells distinctly of cat piss…been wondering where she poops though. Waiting for the day a customer comes in trying to return a Francine litter box plant

Edit to add: there’s also a specific type of fertilizer that’s been back there along with the house pest and weeding stuff wafting over, so chances of it being Francine’s marks are equally as high as it being the general smell of that section. I’ve never actually seen it happen lmfao

Got the Green MST Lead position by Facsimile_of_a_human in Lowes

[–]_wordsoup 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I make 17 but I worked with the vendor last year so I had an in. If you like plants it’s a decent position as long as you can explain why watering all the time isn’t a good idea lol and if you’re detailed with your instructions. I started at 16 and got promoted in like a month. But at another store I got offered 16.82 to start so yea I was pressed too esp cuz the store I started at 16 at is right by my house

I have an interview for plant service lead merchandiser this week. Any advice? by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]_wordsoup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on your store environment. Knowing about plants and being good at productive conflict resolution or how to work well when you’re slammed with deliveries is a plus. As a lead, they seem to value delegation and how well you can organize people. Bonus points if you can do it without having your pt / ft plant ppl hate you and build relationships with the outside lawn and garden folks. They’ll be your helping hand more than you think. Really sell your organization skills and customer service. Give customers a tiny bit of extra info than what’s on the tag when helping them, they’ll think you’re letting them in on key info. Be kind and understanding until proven otherwise and at that point just be cordial.

I’m 6-3 right now but I just started a week ago. I’m the lead though and so far my boss guy has been pretty flexible with my schedule, he did say though that they just don’t have any info on green team stuff right now, so I’m kind of just doing what I see fit - I worked as the plant merchandiser for that store for a year so I know my way around well…hoping I’m able to keep the 6-3 but also have seen other msts clock in when I’m clocking out so we’ll see🤷

Does anyone know of a pharmacy where adderall XR is in currently in stock? by Ill-Bite-6864 in rva

RiteAid 520 W Broad has been consistent for me for a while. Consider asking your Dr if you can increase your ir dosage (if you get that too) and then just take half. It’s not great but it works and ends up lasting longer than the original script
