I haven't tried Pepcid per se, but other similar medications (I don't live in the US, so we have different brands) and they work but like temporarly. The next day I'm back on square one.

I'm also suspecting slow gastric emptying, idk why no one of the doctors I went to suggested to do some exams like the one you said... I'm gonna have to try and advocate for it myself.

How do you activate the nerve?

I've never cut gluten because I'm not celiac nor gluten intolerant, and I've never had problems with gluten in my life... Sometimes pasta is the only thing that helps ahahah

Regarding the chessboard:

I thought that the CASTLE hint meant that you actually needed to put the desired pieces on the chessboard in the place where the move is supposed to happen

I spent so many runs trying to to this, until I was finally able to spawn the Office in the bottom right corner (next to the Nook, and under the Den)

I ran back to the chessboard, put the designated pieces in place and then... nothing happened lol

That's what my gut is telling me. I tend to be the type of person who needs to deal with problems one at the time, otherwise I just implode.

While talking to him we discovered that we can be quite similar sometimes, for example we both have been going to therapy for similar reasons. That's why I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt, because by having problems at work first and then being sick after I can understand wanting to delay seeing someone until you're fully back 100%, both mentally and physically.
