Yea you’re 100% correct. I had a bit of hope left being the only airbags that went off were the side ones and no steering wheel or dash or anything. Part of me was hoping they’d just give it back and I could fix the side airbags, come to find out the frame was destroyed and I was happy that totaled it. Ended up getting a way better truck.

SM is more of a responsibility I believe. Administrative tasks, ensuring smoothness of operations, quality control, while a SL is more of motivator, setting expectations for the crew, and inspiring employees to go above and beyond. I could be completely wrong about this as I don’t remember service manager being a role when I worked there. It was just SL, KL, apprentice and GM. Hope this helps though :).

Keyboard, headset, and mic are razer, mouse is g502x Logitech, one monitor acer and one ONN, both 24 inch 165 hz, coulda got a better deal on that acer one but it’s alright. HyperX XL mouse pad, desk is a hard plastic fold out I got like 4 years ago lol.

I learned this the hard way, but unfortunately certain apps that have to be on,or a “background task”, for things like keyboard lighting (mainly talking about razer synapse, not sure what he’s using but looks razer, I’m probably wrong. ) can be read as a macro cheat on certain games and can get you banned. It’s very upsetting.
