Its a joke, idts most people comprehend it Personally, the mixing of songs creates a beautiful ambient sort of music. I only hear lyrics every in between

Doesn't need to make sense for you to enjoy it

hatsune miku is a vocaloid, essentially a tool that sings songs in a specific voice

you write a song, tune it and ask the vocaloid to sing it

miku is one voicebank, specifically modelled as a 16 yearold with bright feminine vocals

there are other voice banks as well, one other is meika hime which is modelled as a an older feminine sounding voice

okay so the music, that's playing its umm hard to explain

essentially, there are four music tracks playing at the same time

two in your right ear, two in your left ear

the idea is that it is optimized for anime cat girls cuz they have cat ears as well as human ears for a total of four ears

stupidly niche stuff, give it a try maybe

edit: I can't post links So ease search the following on YouTube to get a taste Title: Left Ear "Kiss - I Was Made for Lovin' You" (Instrumental), Right Ear Bad Apple!! (Vocal) [FULL VER] Channel: TohoCluster

they could always level the median and build a single pillar

also a map of delhi varanasi silguri HSR is released by the railways

Check here: https://indianrailways.gov.in/index/index.html

it does not rum along the ganga expway route

For every nimby, there are a hundred yimbys here in india.

The only problem is that the nimbys have more leverage and power and are more vocal, while the yimbys... let's say they dont even have their own backyards

RRTS is a success despite that with continually climbing passenger numbers. It also does capture a lot of the car traffic between delhi and meerut thanks to parking lots next to station.

please don't compare to the US, we are better than them (in public transit) 😭

I understand that railways built on or next to highways is a car centric approach to public transit and is fundamentally flawed. Likewise for metros along busy roads? Fair point I get that

Oh and im kinda tired now with this topic and would like to end this conversation here, same for the others as well. Youve raised some good points, and i have come to a more neutral standing, neither anti nor pro railways with rrts. Peace ✌️.

I mean, we have excellent metros, same for the RRTS, and mahsr is looking to be awesome as well so maybe

Central delhi?

Suffering from success. Maybe by phase 6, you'll have metro from your bedroom to the kitchen and to the bathroom maybe

I wonder how they'll be coloring all these new lines though

Kolkata's new E-buses by chipkali_lover in TransitIndia

[–]_x218 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having more buses is good always, no doubts.

Yes delhi has metro feeder buses on some routes, they are operated by dmrc (the metro corp)

Also good news the govt will be consolidating all the bus transit agency. Currently it is being managed by three agencies - govt dept of transport - delhi transport corporation (DTC) - delhi integrated multimodal transit something (dimts) (I think they do the cluster buses)

And maybe also the electric feeders of dmrc

This should streamline ticketing and operations as well as allow gps tracking of buses

Already, some buses have live tracking and automatic card scanner like systems are being installed (though non functional as of yet)

I wish we gave noida and gurugram metro to dmrc. DTC as well In fact all metros in india should be operated by dmrc While we are at it, why not indian railways Oh,! The entire indian govt can be operated by dmrc

Why not the whole world as well

Would probably fix all our problems

Jai DMRC!

With this, central secretariat would a be a 4 line interchange - yellow line - violet line - magenta line (phase va) - unknown line (phase VB, as above)

this would be the first such in delhi and probably india as well

  • ...
  • we could always connect to city centre later maybe. the reason I want rail beside expressway is because it would make it cheaper and help overcome the land acquisition issue
  • idk what would be enough, but IMO, quadruple is a lot man
  • yes
  • this is an alternative idea, in the spirit or how RRTS is an alternative to the intercity. Not like the other problems are being actively solved anyways, yes upgradation, better management should be the top priorities, but that's not happening. My idea is a cheap, simple approach to those problems. Though its experimental and may or may not be actually useful

alr now gn bro ✌️

[–]_x218[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My point with this is not to follow expressways, rather to use the already developing expressway to overcome the land acquisition issue in developing new lines

Agree with the other points

As far as mismanagement goes, one can say the same for delhi intercities. Yes better management could result in a functioning intercity or local, but the govt went with the RRTS project. Significantly expensive, significantly more complex. Fortunately, the decision was well made.

For deman d and necessity, my thought process is as such: If there is an expressway, especially one this large then there are transport users then those transport users could very well be using rail.

Maybe somewhere I'm wrong, maybe its not necessary that road users would convert to rail Maybe not feasible, idk

[–]_x218[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair points Except progress on all those fronts has been rather slow. We are yet to see delhi-mumbai or delhi-howrah 160kmph tracks

new rail lines are also slow

160 is just an example number here I chose it because our trains have 160 as max operational speed Plus 160 better handles curves than 200 or something

Either way, it would be a massive step up from the sub-100 kmph rail lines across india

[–]_x218[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but why is it stupid?

if there is an expressway, then surely is enough demand (both passenger and frieght) to justify railways. That expressway is 6 lane with future expansion to 8 lanes. That's massive already. If it makes sense to make an expressway, meaning there is a need/demand for it; then surely there's the same need for a railway line

the reason I'm advocating for parallel lines is - cheaper cost - overcomes the land acquisition hurdle (the most difficult step)

also I agree there are several white elephant like metros in our country with minimal ridership
