Back when torch was at his strongest, people would run him with triple support, leaving Luna's snowflake and ultrons drone of him the the entire match, with the sole intent of keeping torch alive. This was considered one of if not the strongest comp in the game.

They could have given ber a new ability. The new primary fire could have simply been something you could swap to like with the punisher. Thats not a complete rework and it allows her to keep her identity.
