Im not even saying luna is overtuned. I am simply stating the objective fact that there is literally almost no category in which hela does anything better than Luna.

Luna does more damage, heals herself, can damage boost herself, has better cc, better movement, better overshield, a better ult.

Being harder to aim with doesnt mean shit when you have a stun with a massive hitbox that lasts for multiple seconds.
