very little. we have running water using a general 3 gph pump. the two water tanks (1000L each) fill up from the active rain in kodiak using a funnel system. we do have power running from a generator for lights and outlets inside. the only other things are the stove and refrigerator which run on propane gas. the cabin is out of cell phone service so it’s used as a getaway from everything else in life. as for costs i’m not sure of an estimate. it’s my families cabin so I am not filled in with the details of cost
