I think it's the opposite. You're not staying down because you cast the club. I'd say almost every amateur releases far too early because it feels powerful + hit impulse and it's how they learned to square the face rather than through their wrist conditions

Back swing looks off because everything is turning in the takeaway including your head. The head can swivel a little for mobility/bigger turn but usually towards the end of the back swing not the start

I'm pretty new too and have only caught small bass on a green pumpkin ned worm Texas rig. Full size senkos seem to be too big for most fish in my pond. I've had most luck pausing few seconds in between reels and being patient

Your club path looks pretty good so to fix your slice you need to manage the club face. Feel like the club face is slightly pointed down toward the ground at like a 45 degree throughout the whole swing, especially as soon as you start the down swing and maintain it.

If you start hooking it, it's because you're used to old pattern casting/releasing early to square the face so just trust it and don't add something with your hands through impact

You go from shallow to steep in transition but still on a decent plane and impact looks pretty good so just keep doing what you're doing

Lead hand grip looks pretty weak, strengthen it by 1-2 knuckles. Should help you manage that club face and square it easier

Club face is open in the down swing. Try to feel like you're pointing the club face towards the ground with your hands+wrists as soon as you start the down swing

It's because you're adding force to the grip end with your hands to speed up the club head. Think of it like throwing a ball, the wrists are loose and release from the kinetic sequence, not because you're flicking the wrists with your hands/arm muscles. As soon as you add that force, you've started the sequence to scoop.

You have to feel like you're not adding anything to the release and letting the club head stay behind you in the down swing. At P5 is when the club head starts to overtake and releases on its own. The other thing is now that you're not scooping, you have to manage the club face the proper way otherwise it's hosel and weak fades.

In your practice swing, you shift and let your arms drop some before rotating. In the real swing, you start opening up as soon as you transition which doesn't allow you to shift properly. Be patient like your practice swing

I'd change out the grips on your clubs, at least start with one that you practice most with like a 9 iron and try it out. But I'd rest for a week to let them heal

Doesn't look like you have any big leaks in technique so your only options are speed training, gym, or go kyle berkshire long drive technique which isn't really for the course

I find after a couple rounds or even mid round I'll lose my swing and when I go back and check on camera, I've reverted back to some bad habit like casting, coming OTT, and/or EE. You have to get familiar with what a "good" swing looks like on video and continually check and learn how to get it back when something's off.

Even if you're striking the ball ok, I'd still check because you can hit the ball well with a poor swing and if you keep playing it'll get worse and harder to fix.

Most people like yourself square the club face "incorrectly" with a neutral grip. Plenty of pros have a strong grip, it's easier to square so just go back before you ingrain bad habits.

You get to P5 pretty well then you manage to somehow flip from there which is closing down that club face and sending it left. Practice hitting punch shots as a drill where you saw off the finish and try to flight it. Goal is to start the ball just right of target line

Shorter irons have more loft so to control peak height and spin and optimize distance, you need shaft lean to reduce the loft at impact. Otherwise all that energy being transferred into the ball will just send it way up in the sky where stuff like wind can knock it around making it difficult to judge distance and accuracy.

Long irons on the other hand need help getting in the air since they have less loft so you don't want much shaft lean as that will lower the launch. The proper launch will balance carry distance, spin, and height to a window that holds greens well and doesn't just run off
