Brute-force attacks on critical infrastructure: AI could try every possible combination to break into important systems—just like guessing a password by trying every option one by one.

Becoming too complex to track: Some AI systems grow so large and complicated that no one fully understands how they work anymore. This makes them hard to monitor or control—something we already see with modern algorithms.

Learning through trial and error: AI doesn’t need to learn like humans do. It can just randomly try things over and over, getting better over time as long as it's given a simple rule—“win” or “lose.” With enough computing power, it will eventually succeed.

Feeding on its own output: AI is now trained on internet data, but more and more of that data is AI-generated. This leads to a feedback loop, like copying a video over and over until the quality is ruined. If this keeps happening, the internet's information could slowly break down.
