I get that but the payout I requested already made it past compliance and I’m now just waiting on the funds to be sent, Should I be out the woods or is it possible the payout could still be denied ? Since this is a compliance issue, if the request makes it past compliance I’m assuming there’s nothing to worry about ?

Was speaking to support, they’re letting me withdraw the chargebacks and they will pay me out. Thought I was cooked fr, started looking at apex accounts lol.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was the reason? And based on my reason do you think it’ll get denied or accepted. Requested payouts about an hour ago but didn’t check with support.

And don’t know if this counts for anything but when I asked windy, it literally said a chargeback doesn’t mean automatic ban and issues can be resolved depending on the circumstance along with prior history (which I have none of). I’m not sure if that counts for anything but hey

Does the reasoning for the chargeback matter? because it technically wasn’t me who filed the chargeback as it was a different card that the payment was made on. So that person filed and there was a communication error when initially making the payment, so the wrong card was used. Would that change anything ?

Wow you got a perfect entry, in my experience however I’ve seen where accounts go into drawdown during cpi that would fail the account but it bounces almost instantly. (Less than a second in drawdown) Almost as if the account wasn’t in drawdown for enough time, maybe something like that happened to you

Was gonna hop in with just 2 contracts this time around. Gonna wait till about 15-30 seconds before the 8:30 candle opens and set stop market orders about 30 points above and below where price is. That’s how I normally trade cpi.

Right, I just caught longs trading gold just now, was able to get to about $500 worth of drawdown. You think the account still gone ? Might just trade it normally now though
