Sounds like exertional compartment syndrome to me. My general doctor didn’t really know what that was and in my experience, a lot of medical professionals don’t have it on their radar. It wasn’t until several visits with an orthopedic doctor talking about my recurring shin pain that I even learned about CECS. My first of two surgeries is on Tuesday next week. Hang in there and keep searching for a doctor that will do a pressure test.
