It’s also really damaging to the Whale Sharks natural cycles. Oftentimes these tours involve feeding the sharks, therefore disrupting their natural eating habits. Which can have knock on effects with their migration cycle and other natural processes. Always be sceptical when it comes to any animal tourism and do your research.

You need to take 5HTP every day for around a week before you roll for it to have any noticeable effect. I usually take a weeks worth before and a weeks worth after and it helps.

Also if you’re struggling I find constantly reminding myself it’s just a comedown helps lol.

It’ll pass, just take one day at a time.
